Who I am and What I Do!

My name is Adam and I have been a Personal Trainer for over 13 years. During that time I have worked with many different types of people, from all walks of life, ranging from the ages of 18 - 80, and helped them achieve great results and positively impact their health, fitness, strength, body composition and lifestyles.

I have spent 10's of 1000's of pounds and hours developing my knowledge and getting myself in the best possible position to help achieve your health, fitness and body goals whether that be in a 1-2-1 setting or through online coaching.

 

I am here to support you every step of the way to give you the guidance and tools to get the results you deserve, and more importantly, keep them.

I believe that Personal Training should be “more than just a workout.” It should be a commitment from client and PT to achieve the desired goal. This is not only getting lean, fit, strong and healthier. The real desired goal is to take you from where you are now and get you to a position where you have, not only, achieved your original goal but also know how to maintain it for life.

YOUR IN-PERSON WORKOUT

Working with people from Heswall, Pensby, Gayton, West Kirby, Neston, Bebington, Bromborough and even further to create a personalised fitness plan that takes your individual needs and goals into account. We'll also track your progress and make adjustments as needed. I'm confident that we can help you achieve your fitness goals and feel great!

  • Custom workout plans - tailored to fit your goals, ability and schedule. Video guided workouts unless in person.

  • Custom nutrition plan - built around your day-to-day life and commitments making it achievable and sustainable.

  • Daily task/habit hunter - you will have daily tasks assigned to you to keep us on track and create good habits.

  • Access to me - you’ll have access to me 7 days per week allowing you to ask questions and avoid barriers.

  • Weekly progress checkers - we will have check points throughout the plan so we must ensure we are staying on schedule.

PRIVATE 1-2-1

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Train with me in my private gym 1-2-1 and let me take your workouts to another level.

  • Monthly packages and full courses available in varying session per week options.

  • Please note you must be able to travel to Heswall, Wirral.

  • I will design your workout program and tailor it to your needs.

  • You will also receive a nutritional guide to help you with your nutrition and calorie intake.

  • Monthly phases or full custom plans available.

  • Work with me remotely and train in your own time and to your own schedule whilst I guide you to great results.

We will build out your custom nutrition plan and work it into your life so that is sustainable, achievable and manageable alongside all other commitments you already have. This formula’s focus is to get you lean first and strip back the body fat. Then build lean muscle and slowly enable you to increase your calories higher and higher and not gain back the weight.

This is phase one of my training system. During this phase I will help you to develop a solid foundation and base layer to your body. This phase helps with any muscular imbalances you may have and helps to stabilise the body priming it ready for the next phase reducing the risk of injury.

This is the second phase I take my clients through where we will focus on getting the body used to heavier loads and increasing work capacity. This is going to get us ready to add some serious strength in phase three.

Phase three is where we really start to get strong. We will be turning up the intensity and working on making you strong and prime your body for more explosive movements.

The final phase of training I take clients through is where we really start to gain muscle. We will work on sculpting your physique to match your desired outcome and work on improving your explosive power.

Be aware the duration of each phase is dependent on the individual’s goals, ability, starting point and previous gym experience.
